Why Anthem?
Because individuals with cognitive impairments deserve a meaningful, thoughtful, and purpose-filled life and our mission is to give that to them.
Quality of life should never be sacrificed due to the onset of memory loss or dementia. We have built a highly engaged resident-centered community in which life revolves around close and continuing contact with people, animals, nature, and the arts. By offering programs that are centered on individualized attention and by utilizing creative planning and customized programming, we are able to create a comfortable and meaningful “new normal” for individuals and families struggling with the effects of Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related conditions.
Anthem is committed to ongoing training for our staff and the importance of understanding the unique needs of persons living with cognitive impairments. All of our management staff completes training to become certified dementia practitioners through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
